Quality Assurance

The T Brown Group has been accredited with BS EN ISO 9001:2000 since June 1999 and more recently to the new 2008 standard and has been compliant since the initial accreditation. The UKAS accredited awarding company have been made stringent surveillance visits every 6 months since with no issue of concern being identified.

Our Quality Assurance policy covers issues such as how we identify deviations and problems in the system and taking steps to avoid recurrences.

It shows how we measure objectives to ensure the continued effectiveness and improvement of the management system, such as analysing complaints, client and tenant questionnaires; these and the other measurable objectives show us the effectiveness of the quality system and are discussed and reviewed at the regular Management Review Meetings.

Our quality system is procedure driven and all new employees are made aware of our procedures on their induction on their first day of work. Every year a programme of the procedures are planned for internal auditing to ensure its continued compliance and effectiveness within the system such as calibration of electronic and measuring equipment. If any issues of non-compliance are identified then an action plan is put in place to resolve.
